Information you provide at checkout
When you buy the e-book you may provide your name and email address so your order can be completed and your download can be delivered.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe — they are not collected or stored by Dearlyo. Stripe processes the information needed to complete your payment and handles it under its own privacy practices.
Order records
We keep basic records of completed orders, such as the purchased product and payment status, so we can confirm your purchase and re-issue your download if you have an access problem.
How the information is used
The information is used only to process your purchase, deliver your download, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet accounting or legal requirements.
Your requests
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion where applicable by emailing getaifromzero@gmail.com.
