The product sold on this website is a digital e-book delivered as a downloadable file. There is no physical item to return.
Non-refundable after delivery
Because the e-book is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been successfully delivered or accessed.
Technical problems with access
If you have a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading the e-book you purchased, contact us at getaifromzero@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us at getaifromzero@gmail.com with details of the duplicate transaction and we will review it.
